The basics
By using Meritfolio, you agree to these terms. Pretty standard stuff—if you disagree, you probably shouldn't use the service. These apply to everyone who visits or uses Meritfolio.
What we provide
Meritfolio helps you collect, manage, and display customer testimonials. We also integrate with Google Reviews. We might add, change, or remove features over time—that's how software works.
Your content
You own your testimonials. We just store and display them for you. Make sure you have the right to collect and share testimonials from your customers—that's on you.
Don't be a jerk
No illegal stuff. No spam. No fake testimonials. No harassing people. No trying to break our system. Basically, use common sense and don't make us regret building this.
Payments
Pro features cost money. We bill monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime in your settings. Refunds are case-by-case. Prices might change but we'll give you 30 days notice.
The fine print
We provide Meritfolio "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability won't exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months. Standard legal stuff.
Changes
We might update these terms. If it's a big change, we'll email you. Keep using the service after changes means you're cool with them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by US law. Any disputes go to arbitration. We hope it never comes to that—email us first and we'll try to work it out.
